2008 Royal Rumble Match
This Rumble is a blast from start to finish, loaded with star power from the first two entrants until the end. The surprise ending is still discussed today.
This is the seventh time Shawn Michaels and Nelson Frazier competed in the same Rumble match. This is a lot more common today, with two or more guys competing in seven Rumbles in a row all the time to begin with.
But Michaels and Frazier's shared Rumble history starts in 1994 during the New Generation era; picks up in 2005 at the tail end of the Ruthless Aggression era and lasts to 2008. Michaels competed with Men on a Mission Mabel, King Mabel, Viscera and Big Daddy V in the Royal Rumble. And when you look at these stats next to their respective career trajectories, it's quite a testament to the resiliency of both men.
