WWE Royal Rumble 1992

ree

Owen Hart would have been the workhorse of the night were it not for Ric. The Orient Express match from this Rumble is not as fast and furious as their match with the Rockers the year before, but it does tell a better story and feels more like a real fight. Which match is better? A matter of preference, really. The difference between those matches is the difference between a Shawn match and a Hart family match. High-flying action full of passion and emotion vs. ground-and-pound, tough-guy wrestling (with a dose of personality if you're talking about Owen).

Piper gives my favorite promo of all time, but be sure to watch The Mountie's promo first for context.
